We specialise in Early Intervention and Educational Therapy and help children with a wide range of conditions or challenges that create barriers in their learning and overall development.

How We Help
Early Intervention
When a child doesn’t meet key development milestones at the expected age, additional support may be needed in the form of Early Intervention. The purpose of Early Intervention is to identify the challenges the child is experiencing and to encourage the best possible outcome for the child.
Identifying any issues your child is experiencing at the earliest opportunity will give us the best chance in helping your child, along with minimising the need for any further intervention in the future.
Educational Therapy
The role of an Educational Therapist is to identify the root cause of any struggles a child is experiencing with the likes of their reading, writing, concentration or general learning. Once these challenges have been identified, the correct procedures can be put in place to help the child get back on track.
Doing so will allow us to come up with the most appropriate plan of action based on the child’s specific needs and challenges. Ongoing support will then be provided for as long as is required.
Handwriting Intervention
Our role as Handwriting Specialists is to identify why your child is struggling with any aspect of their handwriting, whether this is related to legibility, neatness, comfort, pen pressure, speed or a general lack of enjoyment.
Depending on the issue your child is experiencing, there are lots of techniques we can use to boost their progression and overall confidence. This includes the use of a weighted pencil grip, which can be very effective for children on the spectrum as just one example.
